Jerreth instructed R5 to drop a coded message to the Tigershark: Having to break off to maintain cover....all current info being sent now...Good luck, & good hunting....will contact when able....Jerreth & Jette.
Shutting off the non-essentials, Jerreth resumed 'all-business' persona. R5, enjoying Skif's upgrades, put the last intercepts to the other ship, before shutting down the comms. Jerreth then lowered the boarding ramp to welcome the guests aboard; while disembarking, he commed the control tower to confirm the arrangements made the previous day--thankful that he had picked a more quiet area--making certain the guests could hear the conversation--should their be any difficulties from before, the guests would be able to hear for themselves. Greeting them warmly, "Welcome aboard the Old Reliable gentlebeings. Shall we begin with a tour while the ship is prepared for flight?"
((OOC- Sorry I was gone so long. Hopefully I can start posting a bit more regularly now...))
Skif nodded in satisfaction at his sturdy ship; she was well worth every credit he owed Olack's father for her.
As the surviving TIEs fled, Skif worked feverishly to boost power production, hoping to be able to bring it back to normal so he could return configurations to normal power flow.
Skif continued to work to restore power to normal, replying over the intercom, "Good work, everyone. Keep it up; I'm trying to get our power back up to normal, maybe even get a boost to help you all finish this."
Jerreth made final preparations & double-checked the flight plan: "Acknowledged tower! Old Reliable underway." With R5 getting back into position, Jerreth made certain the guests were seated for takeoff. Then when reaching flight altitude, the ship's wings folded out to their full length & the craft was then underway. As the transition from hover to level flight was finishing, Jerreth checked on his passengers once more & mentioned: "Feel free to ask any questions you may have Gentlebeings."

Skif's skilled work with the computer systems enabled him to quickly re-route power around damaged areas and once again the Tigershark was back to full power.
Taking full advantage Eric's gunnery work made short work of the "eyeball". He sniffed in satisfaction as the craft disintegrated.
Kono's efforts met with similar success as the TIE pilot's less than skillful evasive manuevers failed him. The destroyed fighter trailed a long plume of smoke as it plummetted in a graceful arc toward the surface of the planet far below.
Not far from where the TIE crashed the Warlord's sail barge could be seen smoldering on the ground.
Jarreth's guests asked some of the usual standard questions most people had while aboard the flying museum. As he began to answer them his comm crackled to life, "Flight control to Old Reliable please return to the surface immediately. I repeat return immediately!"

Jerreth answered the comm immediately, "Affirmative Flight Control! Transmitting current approach vector." He knew why this had likely come up, but wasn't saying anything. Wonder if they succeeded in the mission, he thought to himself. He gave a sigh as he turned to his guests, "My sincerest apologies gentlebeings, especially when we were just getting started!" He turned Old Reliable back toward the port, confirming course data with Flight Control....
He lamented the potential loss of funds that these tours would bring, but it was better than being shot out of the sky...

((OOC-Thanks for the points, boss!))
Skif nodded in satisfaction as all systems went back up to full power. He isolated the damaged components and ordered up diagnostics to get the computer to give him a list of all the required parts to completely repair the ship. Once that was underway he turned his attention to the sensors, calling up a scan of the immediate area to get a feel for the current tactical situation.
As the sensors perform their sweep, Skif sends out a comm message to the Stanax Storm, asking if there was any contact information given for Asil, that Jedi who had visited and debriefed the group concerning the Commandant. The vision Skif had during the mission weighed heavily on his mind, and he needed some good advice about what he was experiencing. Plus, he wanted to talk to Trista, to share with her what had happened and see how she was doing.
